The Burial Report spreadsheet was set up with the following Column headings: A, B, C – name last, first and middle; D – cemetery lot owner and residence; E – spouse and date of marriage; F – parents and military service; G – birth date; H – death / burial date, or St. Anthony’s Register of Deaths (Defunctorum) and place (if other than Milan); I, J, K – age at death in years, months and days; L – native of (e.g., birth place); M –residence at time of death; N – burial section (see above for abbreviations), lot and grave site number or St. Anthony’s row, plot number and grave site number; and P – photo of gravestone, if available.
